Buying jewelry should be a fun and exciting time, but we know you’ll have some questions and concerns along the way. Hi, my name is Michael Raby and I’m the owner of Berkshire Diamonds & Design. If you don’t find the answers you need here please don’t hesitate to Contact Us.
Call or email for a return code and discuss the reason for return. Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, re-sized or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns without the return code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
Our inventory is, and always will be, of the highest value and the best quality. You choose the quality and color of diamond you would like. Our job is to find you a well-cut diamond.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all diamonds and jewelry. You have 15 days from date of shipment is received, to inspect the jewelry and make your final decision. If for any reason you decide not to keep the jewelry, will accept it back in its original condition within 7 days after the 15th day with the return code for a refund or an exchange. It is that simple.
This does not apply to custom designed jewelry, buy setting only, custom engraving, silver jewelry, or special orders.
